Install the Inbox in one tap, browse a new Marketplace, and get alerted when a conversation is reassigned

The Inbox installs itself and prompts for alerts before sign-in, a new Marketplace lets you install agents, skills and tools, and operators are notified on reassignment and unclaimed escalations.

New

  • The Inbox now asks to turn on alerts. Once you are signed in and looking at your queues, it offers to switch on notifications rather than leaving the setting buried in Settings — tapping Turn on alerts goes straight to your browser's permission prompt. Not now puts it away for a week, and Settings → Notifications still works at any time. On iPhone and iPad it walks you through adding the Inbox to your Home Screen first, since alerts cannot reach an uninstalled web app. As always, an alert says only that help is needed — never the customer's message. See getting alerted.
  • A notification bell in the KlicForge Inbox — the same alert feed the dashboard already has (unread count, mark read, mark all read) is now in the Inbox app too. See KlicForge Inbox.
  • Reassignment alerts — if a conversation you're handling is reassigned, or a colleague takes it over, you're notified.
  • Unclaimed-escalation reminders — if nobody takes over an escalated conversation, the configured operators get a follow-up reminder. Taking it over clears it, so you won't be reminded about a conversation someone already has. See what happens at runtime.
  • Customer-reply alerts during a takeover — if the customer messages back while you're handling their conversation, you're notified, on whichever channel they're on.
  • Marketplace — browse agent templates, built-in skills and built-in tools together, by category or search. Selecting Install Agent on a template opens the creation wizard with it already chosen; selecting Install Skill or Install Tool attaches it to an agent you pick immediately, no separate install step. See Marketplace.
  • A Capabilities summary on every agent's Overview tab — counts of attached skills, tools, knowledge sources and integrations, linking straight into the Capabilities tab, or into the Marketplace when there's nothing attached yet.

The new alerts ride your existing notification channels — Inbox, email, push, Telegram, Slack — as new event types, not a new channel to set up. See notification events.

Fixed

  • On iPhone and iPad, installing the Inbox after signing in asked you to sign in a second time, which looked like the install had gone wrong. It had not: apps on the Home Screen keep their own sign-in, separate from Safari. Installing first means you sign in once, inside the app — and the app now says so when it opens on the sign-in screen, instead of leaving you to guess.
  • Declining the notification permission prompt left Settings still offering Enable Notifications, a button that could no longer do anything. It now says alerts are blocked and how to re-allow them. Closing the prompt without choosing is treated as "later" rather than a refusal, so you can still turn alerts on afterwards.
  • The Inbox's icon was cropped on some Android home screens.
  • Tapping an alert while the Inbox was already open could leave you with two copies of the app running. It now brings the open one forward.
  • Generating an image from a reference photo — yours or a customer's — could silently fail, or generate from the wrong photo, depending on how the agent referred back to it. It now resolves the reference reliably every time.
  • A malformed image-generation request now fails immediately instead of retrying across every fallback model for up to 90 seconds.

Changed

  • The Inbox offers to install itself before you sign in. Opening inbox.klicforge.ai on a phone now shows the install option on the sign-in screen rather than after it. On Android that is a single Install button; on iPhone and iPad, Show me how walks through adding it to the Home Screen. You can skip it and sign in as normal. See installing it on your phone.
  • Skills and Tools management moved to Extensions. The old Skill Library and Tool Library pages, and their slide-out detail panels, are now Extensions — skills and tools as tabs, each with its own full page instead of a drawer. See Skills and Tools.
  • The Sandbox is now a tab on the agent it belongs to, rather than a separate page you had to pick an agent for first.
  • The account and notification icons moved into a slimmer, always-visible top bar.
