Send voice notes from the widget, and documents or videos over WhatsApp

The chat widget can send voice notes, WhatsApp and Telegram can carry documents and videos, and customer attachments now show up reliably in your conversation history.

New

  • Record and send voice notes in the chat widget. A visitor can now press the mic button, record a voice note, and send it — the same way they already could on WhatsApp and Telegram. Turn it on from the agent's Sandbox tab. See the web widget.
  • Attach a document or video to a scheduled or audience message, not just an image. A WhatsApp template approved with a Document or Video header can now carry a PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, or an MP4 — the same way an Image header already carried a photo. See attaching a file.
  • Give an evaluation case's turn its own expected behaviour, not just the case as a whole, for the AI judge to score against. See suites and cases.
  • SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 badges in Settings → Privacy & Compliance. Alongside GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and Singapore PDPA, the page now shows KlicForge's SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and AI management system (AIMS) readiness, labelled readiness in progress — controls and framework mapping are in place, but no independent audit has been performed yet.

Fixed

  • A voice note or file a customer sends over WhatsApp or Telegram now shows up in your conversation history. It used to reach the agent and get acted on, but never got saved — so it was invisible in the dashboard afterwards.
  • A document sent over WhatsApp now keeps its file extension, so it opens correctly on the recipient's device.
  • The Inbox now shows the audio and files a customer sent, not just photos.
